The final report is organised as follows:
- Section 2 documents the current state-of-the-art and the potentials of RES in EU member countries.
Section 3 provides a survey of different types of promotional strategies for electricity from RES.
- Sections 4 to 9 give examples of programmes.
- Section 9 is a critical evaluation and review of the various strategies.
- Finally, in section 10, important conclusions are derived.
