Marina Siebenhofer

Dipl. Ing. Marina Siebenhofer

Marina Siebenhofer is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Energy Economics Group (EEG). Prior to that she worked as a research assistant at the Research Unit for Transport System Planning at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Vienna). She completed a degree on Spatial Planning at the TU Vienna.

She brings her expertise in the field of Spatial Planning and combines it with the field of Energy Economics and Efficiency. Her main research areas are sustainable transport planning from the perspective of energy economics, especially motorised individual transport and public transport, and how climate change can be countered by optimising these systems.
