 Péter Gyarmati

Péter is a BSc student of the faculty of Computer Science at the University of Vienna. His specialisation choice at the university was Data Science, as he is genuinely interested in understanding how machines can learn. He is also convinced that being able to process an immense amount of data and interpret it is an increasingly valuable skill in the 21st century.

Péter supports the Energy Economics Group from the IT side. He is responsible for administering the simulation servers and developing open-source and closed-source solutions to assist ongoing research projects and enhance his colleagues' workflow by automating recurring tasks.

Péter loves to work with Python, Java, and web technologies such as ES6, React, NextJS and CSS-Frameworks like TailwindCSS or ChakraUI.
